2010 Dichotomy Show

2010 was the year I embarked on a series of work on Michael Martin, a local street legend who had been severely disfigured by someone throwing acid on his face.  We had a photo session on Paradise Island Beach.  On a throne, with cigar and champagne.  We knew each other much more after those few hours of hanging out. I was  awarded an honorable mention with Kendal Hanna at the Central Bank art competition that year with an oil painting of Michael.  He sadly died just before this series was hung.
